Solar PV Plant

We design and develop a Solar (PV) grid-connected systems to convert the sunlight energy into electricity directly.  For this we use pv modules.  These plants may vary in size.  They can be in small or large sizes, suitable for domestic, commercial, or industrial utility.

Important features of Solar PV Plant  are :

  • Solar PV (Photovoltaic) plant is aimed to convert sunlight into electricity.  It guarantees best efficiency, functionality and reliability in performance.

  • Similarly inverter options, viz. String inverters, micro-inverters or hybrid inverters are available. String inverters are used to convert the DC electricity produced by a string of solar panels into AC electricity.  Micro-inverters are installed on each solar panel which allows optimization of individual panel.

  • Options for pv pannel mounting system are : Fixed Mounting System.  In the Fixed tilt option, the panels are installed at a particular angle to optimize exposure to sunlight. 

  • Balance of the system involves wiring, switches mounting hardware and other electrical components required for installation.

  • Site selection is very important, which involves availability of sunlight, land topography, proximity to the electricity grid for easy connectivity, environmental impact and regulatory matters.

  • Regulatory aspects include compliance with state electricity board and national regulations.

  • Financial implications involve initial capital cost, maintenance and operational expenses, incentives and subsidies by the Government, which is applicable only for residential category.

  • It is important to have proper performance monitoring and maintenance to ensure optimum output and prevention of component degradation due to accumulation of dust on the panels.
