Salient features of the Open Access Model :
This complete project is conceived, designed, developed, constructed and financed by us under capex / the Power (PPA) model. The off-taker is however, required to invest in equity for captive model, as per stipulations and regulations.
The PPA is signed between the concerned consumer or off-taker and Solar Power Project owned by us.
The power generated through this plant is sold to the off-taker under open access arrangement for which the tariff is pre-determined.
We ensure optimum generation of power without any interruptions with the help of real-time data analytics and remote monitoring system.
The off-taker is required to pay only for the units generated / consumed and their savings are guaranteed right from the date of installation and commissioning of the plant.
