As per the Electricity Act, 2013 the consumers are allowed to have the connected load of more than 1 MW from other sources other than the State distribution agency.  With the long-term PPA we offer the electricity supply to the industrial and commercial establishments under Captive Open Access model and this arrangement is offered as per the state regulations, prevalent from time to time.
